Reluctantly pulling my eyes away from Beth’s embarrassed expression, I slowly swivel around in my chair, already knowing in my heart that I have well and truly put my foot in it. Oh bollocks. A tall figure with endless legs is looming over me. My mortified gaze travels up to meet the lightest pair

His voice is quite deep, with a hint of Edinburgh public school boy about it.
