She wrote her first novel at age twenty, but it was a further twenty years before she finally found success after entering the Rethink Press New Novels Competition 2012.
Her entry, Dead Letter Day, followed the story of rookie police officer, Rebecca Angell, who is dragged into an FBI investigation to find the Alphabet Killer, after literally stumbling over one of his victims. The novel was a winner, earning her a publishing contract with Rethink Press and the book proved to be a hit both with fans and critically, with the Eastern Daily Press saying it was ‘exciting, gripping and tantalizing’, while Iceni Magazine called it ‘brilliant from start to finish’.
Keri has just released Dead Write, which sees the return of Angell, now a detective within Juniper PD, and her colleagues, who have to contend with a serial killer who is reenacting murders from a series of crime novels.
Hailing from Norfolk, England, Keri lives with her two naughty kitties, Ellie and Lola, and a large supply of Shiraz. When not furiously typing away at her third novel, she enjoys pub quizzes, ghost hunts, caricaturing and watching horror movies. She also writes a humorous monthly column for a local lifestyle magazine.
