I think the key to having great employees is communication. Its goes both ways. It just depends on the “management or leadership style” of the manager of that department. Simultaneously, employees should never feel intimidated to approach his or her manager with a suggestion to make the work environment more tolerable. In addition, if women in technology
are constantly forced to choose between work engagements and finding time for their family, it does make it more difficult for them to feel inspired to go to work everyday. More and more employers are realizing that they need to treat employee situations on a more personal basis while ensuring that productivity levels are being met.
